Awesome Recipe to make Chocolate souffle with cherry sauce

  • 500 ml of 33-35% cream 
  • 100 g of chocolate (milk or bitter) 
  • 3 yolk 
  • 100 g of sugar 
  • 2 h. L. gelatin 


  • 500 g pitted cherries (or any taste berries) 
  • 100 g of sugar 
  • 2 tsp.. starch 


  • Gelatin soaked in 100 ml of cold boiled water and leave it for the time indicated on the package. 
  • Yolks mixed with 50 g of sugar. Heated, with stirring, until thick. 
  • Chocolate melt (in a water bath or in a microwave oven). 
  • Mix the yolks and warm chocolate. 
  • Gelatin boil, but not boil. Cool. 
  • Whip cream with 50 g of sugar. The cream adds chocolate-yolk mass and stir. Add gelatin and mix. The resulting mass put in kremanki filling them into 2/3. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
