Taste the real Chocolate pudding - Try this delicious Recipe


  • Chocolate - 150 g 
  • chicken egg - 6 pcs. 
  • sugar - 0.5 cups of 
  • milk or cream - 0.5 cups of 
  • flour - 4 tbsp. l. 
  • butter - 100 g 


  • Chocolate breaks into pieces and fills it with milk. Put the pan on a small fire and bring the mixture to homogeneity. 
  • We separate the egg yolks from the whites. Rub the yolks with the sugar and combine with the chocolate mass. 
  • In a separate pot mix butter room temperature zelkova chocolate mass and flour. Stirring continuously, heated on a plate, not boiling. Then we filter the mixture and allowed to cool. It turns very smooth and uniform mixture. 
  •  Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt in a solid foam and gently mixed into the bulk. 
  • We shift batter into greased butter form and send in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Ready pudding can be decorated with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
