Layered fruit pie-cake with kiwi - How to make this salad - Milkyfry Recipes
- Wheat flour - 200 g.
- Sugar - 200 g.
- Baking Powder - 15 g.
- Butter - 100 g.
- Egg - 2 pcs.
- Milk - 200 ml.
- Tea (in bags) - 2 sachets
- Kiwi (or any other fruit) - 3-4 pcs.
Cooking methodMilk warm and brew in it 2 tea bags. Brew a few minutes until the fortress you need.
Separately mix the flour, baking powder and sugar.
Then melt the butter and add to the mixture the tea boiled in milk.
Add the eggs to the mixture, carefully mixing so that the eggs are not cooked. Then pour this mass into the flour and sugar.
Pour half the dough into a greased form and put in a preheated oven to t 200 degrees. Bake until slightly golden in color.
Then put the sliced kiwi (fruit) on top.
And top with the second part of the dough. And again put in the oven and bake until lightly golden in color.
